We are excited to be planning the 38th Annual NCLCA Conference! We are officially inviting you to be a part of it. By participating in our conference, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with professionals from all types of institutions of higher education.
Our Annual Conference will take place at the Hilton Downtown in Portland, Oregon from September 25-28, 2023.
All of our vendor partners will be in a central location at our conference. Each vendor partner will be along the concourse surrounding our breakout rooms. We are very intentional with where our vendor partners are located. It is critical that we ensure all our vendor partners are visible to all attendees in order to maximize exposure. We acknowledge what an important role our vendor partners play in our annual conference.
The National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA) is proud to represent professionals who are focused on the needs of today’s students. With our unique location, we were able to create a space where our vendors will get optimal exposure to our members. Below, I have detailed a number of exciting opportunities for our vendor partners. All options include a complimentary listing in our electronic conference planning (Whova). Each of you are a vital element of the NCLCA experience. I can assure you that we are working diligently in order to make sure we provide our vendor partners a unique and interactive experience. I look forward to working with each of you and seeing you in Portland!

Conference Session Proposal Form
Please note, in order to be guaranteed a concurrent session, you will need to spend $2000 as a sponsor, which will make you a conference level sponsor. One of our packages is outlined below, so you get an idea
No registrations should be entered into the member conference registration portal – all transactions must be completed through the Exhibitor portal. If you have erroneously entered into the membership registration portal, please contact me to cancel that registration and begin anew on the exhibitor side.
Please reach out to Geoff Bailey at gbailey@nclca.org for ways to engage in with our members at our annual conference.All vendors with Exhibitor Tables are expected to be in attendance and set up prior to Monday, September 25th, 2023 at 4PM. Vendor partners can check-in to the conference between 7am-4pm on Monday, September 25th and check-in will reopen at 7am, Tuesday, September 26th.
You will have the opportunity to pay as part of the Registration Process.
