Join your Learning Center colleagues in Niagara Falls, NY this fall as an exhibitor/sponsor at the 33rd Annual NCLCA Conference. Our theme, “Unleashing the Power of Your Learning Center” acknowledges the tremendous potential and dedicated work that it takes to truly harness the awesome power of Learning Centers within the landscape of Higher Education. .

We are excited to offer you a number of unique ways you can advertise, exhibit, and become a sponsor of our event. At the Conference, you will have access to hundreds of learning center professionals from institutions that span the globe. You will have the opportunity to interact with professionals and decision-makers from all types and sizes of institutions of higher education.

This is the premiere opportunity to advertise your product or service to the professionals who will use your products the most! Vendors whose totals are at least $700 will receive one complementary conference registration. The complimentary conference registration includes attendance at concurrent sessions and conference included meals. Otherwise, conference registration is paid for separately. The purchase of a Sponsorship Opportunity OR the purchase of an Exhibitor AND Advertising Opportunity includes a presentation at one concurrent session during the conference.

All exhibitors who purchase any of the options above will be listed in Guidebook for free.

Conference program ad can be submitted to Publications Officer, Gregory Farrell gfarrell@bmcc.cuny.edu. Ad deadline is August 3, 2018.

1.  Please indicate the name of the vendor in the email so we may verify purchase and optimize for color/BW & half/full-page.

2.  Submissions should all be submitted in full color.

3.  JPG/.PNG files are preferred. .AI files are acceptable, but send with Artboard instructions.  Please save at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

4. Program will be 8.5” wide x 11” high.  

a.  Full page ads are 8.5" x 11"

b.  Half page ads are 8.5" x 5.5"

5. All Exhibitors/Advertisers/Sponsors receive FREE mention in our Conference Program App: Guidebook. All Vendors should send preferred digital marketing materials in the following specifications for proper representation in the app and on the web:

a. Header Image – 640px wide by 240px tall – no greater than 2MB in JPG/PNG format. This can/should include promo info, if applicable.

b. Thumbnail Image – 240px wide by 240px tall – no greater than 2MB in JPG/PNG format. This should be a company identity image.

Table setup in exhibitor area, inclusion in Exhibitor Grand Opening, name listed in program and ad in Guidebook.

You will have the opportunity to pay as part of the Registration Process via PayPal (secured transaction, no log-in required). Invoicing also includes procedures for mailing a check to NCLCA Treasurer as payment. 

All sponsors /underwriters will be mentioned on the conference website as soon as payment is received.
