A Night with San Antonio Food Tours

We’ll meet the group in the lobby or right outside the Menger Hotel at 6pm and introduce ourselves and get everyone excited for the night and split into 3 equal groups of 15/16 people and embark on a culinary adventure revealing San Antonio through food! We’ll visit 3 different restaurants throughout the night rotating between restaurants every 35-40 minutes. At the end we’ll meet back up at the Menger for a little treat to end the night with us.

  • 1st stop – Taco Land (on the Riverwalk) – You wouldn’t have experienced San Antonio without tacos! At Taco Land, guests will indulge in two different tacos: a house smoked pork belly with Sriracha and Asian slaw and a taco with pan fried cheese, chorizo and avocado cream sauce. You can choose between the Puro Taco Land Margarita or their West Side Punch, all made with select tequila as they are serious about their tequila here!
  • 2nd stop – Paesano’s – A traditional and San Antonio staple when it comes to Italian food. Guests will be served the dish they are best known for, the Shrimp Paesano. Chefs will come out to talk about the dish, explaining why it is their most popular! The drink option here is a special cocktail that Paesano’s is going to make especially for us.
  • 3rd  stop – Nectar – We will visit an up and coming wine and ale house that is best known for their eclectic establishment and their amazing charcuterie boards. Each group will have 3 meat and cheese boards and have the option between a local beer or a glass of wine.
  • SA Paleteria at the Menger – We plan to end the night enjoying paletas, a traditional frozen Mexican treat, as the group heads to the back to the Menger the owner of the restaurant will meet us there to share his tasty creations.

Prices: General admission ticket: $40+ tax | Ticket + alcoholic drinks: $62+ tax
