    • The impetus for the innovation.
    • The purpose and objectives of the innovation. ( 1-2 pages)
    • A description of the innovation and how it is used.(1-2 pages)
    • The impact that the innovation has made on students or the learning center.  (1-2 pages)
    • Future plans (PDF, 1-2 pages)
    • Implications or implementation considerations for other learning centers.(1-2 pages)
    • Note: Winners must accept the award at the NCLCA annual conference in person or virtually via phone, Skype, FaceTime, or similar technology.

    • A one-page proposal title sheet with the following information for each collaborator:  name, address, institution, e-mail, phone number.
    • A copy of your grant proposal (3-10 page limit)
    • A copy of each collaborator’s curriculum vitae or resume, which should include any previous research projects, conference presentations, and/or publications. 
    • A letter of endorsement from each collaborator’s University or College Vice-President or Dean.
    • A copy of the approved institutional review board (IRB) certificate from the one of the collaborating institutions, where appropriate.
    Be sure you have addressed each bullet point above.

      • Submit a detailed description of the center following this numbering sequence (10-12 pages max). We are not able to accept materials beyond the 10-12 page limit. However, items for the responses to #8 and #9 are to be included at the end and do not count in the 10-12 page limit.
