Learning Support Is Everyone's Business:

Strategic Collaborations for Learning Centers

We invite you to register for the Heartland College Learning Center Association’s 2025 Conference, “Learning Support is Everyone’s Business: Strategic Collaborations for Learning Centers,” hosted by the University of Louisville, May 20-21!

Our two-day conference will be focused on ways to build campus, community, and cross-institutional partnerships that will improve how we serve students. The event will have a jam-packed schedule:

  • Multiple concurrent sessions with presentations and roundtable events
  • A new poster session
  • Keynote address by Dr. Lilly Massa-McKinley, Assistant Vice President of the Kentucky Student Success Collaborative Team
  • A marketing workshop
  • The member-favorite ice cream social
  • A night on the town option in our host city of Louisville, KY (not included in registration fee)


Early registration, due by May 1, is $120, and includes all conference proceedings, the marketing workshop, two lunches, ice cream social, and on-campus parking. Rates increase to $140 after the early registration deadline. Find our registration form here.


HCLCA has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, located at 501 S. Fourth St., Louisville, KY. When booked by April 21, room rates are $159/night + tax.
